Job Summary:
The  Oncology Data Specialist - Certified (ODS-C) is responsible for the review and detailed abstraction of cancer registry data from electronic medical records in compliance with state and national guidelines. The Oncology Data Specialist - Certified (ODS-C)is committed to high-quality data abstraction, meets both quality and productivity standards, detailed, and works well to ensure deadlines are met.
We are seeking candidates who interested in Full-time or Part-time remote Cancer Registry Opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years cancer registry data abstraction experience, required
  • Current Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C) Certification, required
  • ACoS/CoC experience, preferred
  • SEER experience, preferred

The Trauma Registrar is responsible for the review and detailed abstraction of trauma registry data from electronic medical records in compliance with state and national guidelines. The Trauma Registrar is committed to high-quality data abstraction, meets both quality and productivity standards, is detailed, and works well to ensure deadlines are met.

We are seeking candidates who are interested in Full-time or Part-time remote Trauma Registry Opportunities. Job Qualifications:
  • Required: A minimum of 2 years of trauma registry data abstraction experience
  • Required: Current Experience with Epic, Cerner/PowerChart, Meditech, Digital Innovations (DI), ESO, ImageTrend, NTRACs, TraumaOne, TraumaBase, and/or State Web-Based systems
  • Preferred: Current CSTR and CAISS
  • Preferred: Current Burn Registry experience

The Outpatient Coder reviews medical records and assigns accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures with an emphasis on the Emergency Department and Same Day Surgery area. This is a 3 -4 month contract position with possible extension. Full-time or Part-time hours available, flexible schedule. Job Qualifications:
  • Required: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience with Outpatient Hospital Coding with specialty experience in Emergency Department, including E/M level and injection & infusion, and/or Same Day Surgery, Ancillary, and/or Observation
  • Required: CPC, RHIA, and/or RHIT credentials
  • Required: Software System experience such as Epic, Cerner/PowerChart, Meditech, 3M/3M 360 CAC, Opyum/Optum CAC, etc.
